CRM Generic Error when you load the dashboard

Hi All,

I have installed new installation of CRM 2015 in the following setup

1. CRM Backend Server
2. CRM Frontend Server
3. SQL Database for CRM

When log into the CRM I get the following generic error message.

I went to the event logs on the front end server and I found out that there seems to be an issue with the Organization.svc. Please see the below error message,

When I setup CRM on one server, with all the components there, I did not have the same issue.

Any advice or direction, to fix this error would be greatly appreciated.
