iFrame AddNew & Delete Functions

Hi,

We're upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 2011 (as the first step towards 2013).

Our system uses a number of iframes that are the means of adding new records (& deleting old records), i.e.

... but in 2011 the same iframe appears as...

...and doesn't facilitate adding or deleting records.

Is there a way to configure the 2011 version so that we can both Add & Delete records via the iframe?
