CRM 2013 recently viewed umlaute

Hi CRM friends,

we now upgraded from 2011 to 2013 on-premise.

Still there a few problems I think. Today one of our employees asked for the umlaute in recently viewed.

They couldn´t be displayed compatible with german umlaute, like ä ö ü?

E.g. the opportunity in green there, we should see "Birnen - Pflücken".

Is there any possibility to customize?
