SMS Plugin

Hi all ,

I want to create an plugin for sending SMS , is it possible in MS CRM ???

what i did is .

1 i purchased sms license from TWILIO 

2 then i tested by creating a web page and i created a button , on button click i wrote the twilio code there it is working 

3 then i created plugin on post operation and i added the code but it is not triggering ????

and we dont want any addins like power SMS 

please help me in solving this
