MS Exchange & CRM | Requirements

Hi,

I need specification what is required for succesful integration between MS Exchange & CRM.

Currently we have situation - MS Exchange on premise and CRM online.

But i would like to know in other examples also:

1. MS Exchange online and CRM on premise
2. MS Exchange on premise and CRM on premise
