Is it possible to have SSO between CRM 2013 (IFD enabled) and Asp.net WebApi 2.2 Protected by same ADFS

I am trying to access some data from ASP.NET web api from CRM 2013 web resource (html file via ajax call). Both crm and web api is protected by same adfs server. Can i access claims of CRM 2013 in asp.net web api for user Authorization or how can i send crm 2013 cliams with ajax request? Is it possible.
