We have a customer that uses Gmail via the Outlook interface and will be licensing CRM 2015 Online. Since they use Outlook is it correct that they can 1.)Download the CRM for Outlook client and that will allow them to access CRM 2015 Online directly.
2.)Will they be able to synchronize Contacts and Activities as well in the scenario above or will this require them to download the Outlook Connector product in order to accomplish this.
