We are planning to move an existing On-Premise CRM instance (Service Management) to Online. Today we have huge data 3 Million Cases + 13 Million Emails, mainly our SSRS reports queries these two Entities. We see that current SSRS reports can't be converted to FetchXML reports because of its own limitations. Customer wants to move the system to Online, So what are the options here? Can't we really have SSRS reports in online? If not what are the best possible options for reports?
