I use workflows to generate emails. For example when someone has been on a sales visit they run a workflow on the Appointment record which gnerates an email. This has worked fine for a long time but now it does not.
When a user runs the workflow the workflow shows as successful in System Jobs but the email has not been created and all subsequent steps in the workflow have not run (such as closing the record).
I think it is a permissions issue as if I give the user system administator priviliges then it will run.
Can anybody suggest what permissions I need to give them?
