Error while publishing a plugin solution in CRM 2015

Hi All,

I upgraded CRM 2013 on-premise solution CRM2015 on-premise, I connected to my crm 2015 in visual studio solution and try to deploy a plugin from visual studio. It is being failed and throwing the error below

Error 50 Error registering plugins and/or workflows. Generic SQL error. C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\CRM\Microsoft.CrmDeveloperTools.12.targets 176 4 CrmPackage

The plugin code uses Mutex in it and working pretty fine in 2013. Not sure if anyone come across this. Please provide some inputs if you know any.
