Display Open Opportunities for Customer (Account) on Case Form

Is it possible to display, via Left Side Navigation, Open Opportunities for the Account listed in the Customer field on a Case form in CRM?  Also, would like to display a Closed Opportunities Sub-Grid for the Account in the main part of the form.
