CRM -GP Connector

Hi

I am try to integrate CRM 2015 with GP 2015 using the connector 

but all entities integrated and submitted from CRM to GP using the CRM administrator account only , if any user "Not CRM Admin" submit any entity , it was not created on GP!! 

Any recommendation ?
