Setting a Sub-entity to Default

I have a similar question earlier but I marked it as Yes but this is somewhat different.

To set and entity to default I did this...

In the browser:

File menu -> Options -> General Tab

Set Default Pane & Default Tab

Is it then possible then to set a sub-entity within that to default? I want to set the Phone Calls entity to default but that is apart of Activities. Phone Calls is not an option in the Default Tab.

So if I set the default tab to Actitivies I cannot figure out a way to set a view within the Phone Call entity to default.

Any thoughts?
