When users create a new contact in Microsoft Dynamics CRM web client the contact isn't immediately added to the users Outlook Address book clicking on Synchronise with CRM. The only time it appears to sync is when Outlook is re-started. Is there a setting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook that needs to be set?
