Dashboard to show all records

Hi All,

I had a dashboard in which a webresource is added, the webresource will list all the contacts name. This dashboard is visible to all users with different security levels. I have a security role 'Sales Person' the sales person is having only user privilege on read of the contact entity, so he is able to see only his contacts in the dashboard, i want to show all the contacts in his dashboard also, how can i achieve this.?
