We are in the process of customizing CRM to replace our current Client/Matter/Contact management system. As we bring over our data regarding clients, matters and contacts, we need to maintain the history of related employees with these entities.
For example, if John Doe and Jim Smith were assigned to a client ABC, Inc. then even though they left the firm years ago and are not in AD, they are still in our database as having been on the client team in the past. They don't show as current team members because they are "inactive" in the system, but you can see a list of ALL team members and see that they USED to be on that client team.
Does anyone know of any method by which we can add our historical employees as disabled users in CRM?
