How to get the URL for User created dashbaord in CRM 2013?

Hi,

In my requirement i have to create two user created chart and shared it to team.

The user who has created chart can see the both chart.

But, Team1 can not see the chart of Team2. Up to this it is fine.

I'm able to create and shared them team-wise.

Now, i want also want see it in browser.For that i will require the URL for these two dashboard.

But, as per my knowledge we can get formid (dashboardid) for userdashbaord.

We can get these dashboardid by creating it as a system dashbaord.

But, if i will create the system dashbaord then both dasboard will be visible to anybosy and that is i don't want.

Is there any way to resolve it.
