I have been trying to import a parts list into CRM. I exported the template from CRM into Excel. I filled in all the fields. Whenever I try to import the template back in, the import fails on the Default Unit saying a duplicate record has been found. Of course a duplicate record has been found, I'm not creating a unique unit for each part! I have 500 of them.
I have tried toggling the Duplicate detection within the import screen, I have tried toggling the duplicate detection 'during import' on the Settings screen, and I have toggled dulicate detection on and entirely. I get this error on every import where the Default Unit appears including the Product import and the Price List Item import as well. Same error.
Someone please help.
