Hi everyone,
Recently I started working with USD (Unified Service Desk) application using CRM 2013 SP1; I successfully managed to deploy USD application on both CRM Server as well as on the WIndows8 Client machine. I am using VMs to simulate the environment. To help me understand the basics, started using the USD Walkthroughs from the USD Developer Guide. Finished Walkthrough 1, 2 & 3. Finished configuring walkthrough 4; However when I am trying to test it, it's giving me a error. Please see the image below;
I tried to debug the issue using USD Debugger however couldn't find any error logged in the UnifiedServiceDesk.log file; I checked if the error logging is enabled editing the UnifiedServiceDesk.exe.config file. I am not sure what's causing the issue.
Has any of you faced this problem? Will appreciate if anyone who has used USD can help.
