I have come across an issue and wanted your advice on if it is feasible to do. I am going to try and break it down as best as possible.
Under our order parts section we have 5 custom views, 1 custom view for each department that handles the shirt in our process. I just created five new fields in the custom order form that have to deal with each department with a two option of pending or complete. (each of these five departments have their own pending or complete section). So I have added each field to their respective view.
Is there a way that when a department has clicked “completed” to this field, that it removes the queue item out of the department’s view? Say for instance the Screen Printing dept has finished their part of the order, change their field from pending to complete, that now that item is no longer seen in their Screen Printing View.
Hopefully this makes sense, I feel there is a workflow that could be possibly done. But I do want to make sure that it is feasible before I start working on it and then find out it is not.
