Importing Account details with same company name and multiple values.

Hello everyone,

I have to import an excel file into Dynamics crm 2011. My File contains Account names with repeated values with different persons of different department. when i try to import the file i am getting multiple account name for the same company with different person names, my requirement is to create one contact for a company and inside that multiple person details must be added.

For Example:

Name        Person       Job_Title        Department

AAAA          PPPP            SE                  Test

AAAA          P1P1             SD                  BI

AAAA          P2P2             SE                 SP

BBBB         PBPB            SE                 SP

BBBB          PB1              SD                  BI

Here in the above sample data I have a company name "AAAA" with different person name of different departments, when i try to import four account names are created for the company "AAAA", but i need only one Account Name "AAAA" with different person names inside it.
