Check "System Administrator" role

Hi all,

I want to check user belong to "System Administrator" role.

For the org with base language is English my code run well, checking by name "System Administrator" is OK.

But for the org with other base language is not English. E.g. German, the name become to "Systemadministrator", in this case my code FAIL.

Please help me, how I can check user belong to "System Administrator" in the other base language.
