The oob report 'neglected accounts' shows all accounts with no activities for certain date ranges...but it includes the accounts that have activities on related entities (orders, quotes, contacts...). Anyone know of a way to find what I would call the "truly neglected accounts" (i.e. no activities on the account + related entities)?
And if there is no easy way to get this info....is there a way to go around this (can you create workflows that will create activities on an account if there is an activity on a quote/contact for that account)?
