Emails being archived after installing CRM for Outlook Addon?

Hello,

Two users reported that their emails were archived after installing CRM for Outlook. I have tried to replicate the issue but I have been unsuccesful.

version:

MS office Professional Plus 2010 version 14.0.7145.5000

.  Email folders under “Inbox – lastname@example.com” ended up moving to
“firstname.lastname_Archive – Cutoff” after CRM install.

The following existed before the CRM Install:

• lastname@example.com
• Archive – firstname.lastname@example.com
• firstname.lastname-Cutoff
• firstname.lastname_Archive-Cutoff

Has anyone heard of this happening? I have done many installs of the Outlook addon and this has never happened.
