Hide/Show Section In Dynamic CRM

I have created 3 section in my Learner tab. Each section have four field.

Now i want to show only those section which having values.

And also i want to add a image button, on click of image button show/hide section.

Image button will show until all created section shows, after shows 3 section image button should be hide.
