Event viewer / CRM Email router problem.

I have just spent the last couple of hours trying to find a fix etc for this problem but can't find one anywhere, not even anything to point me in the right direction :(

At least 3 times a min I get this error on CRM server (email router on same box) Both CRM 2011 and Exchange 2011 on a different server.

#27938 - An error occurred while checking for e-mail messages to process in mailbox ****@******.com. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

   at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangeWSConnector.RetrieveMessage(ArrayList ids, Int32 index, ServiceLogger serviceLogger)

   at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessageInternal()

   at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.RetrieveNextMessage()

   at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.Run()

 

 

I have checked all the details for the user in CRM admin to user email router, email access passes on email router, can log into his email account from OWA as using the administrator account for access so know its not access related.
