Workflows Stopped working

Hi

I am trying to run a workflow that will automate each email received to case then transferred to each associate in the accounts in crm online. I was able to do it last week Friday to be exact. Now it stopped working. I already unchecked option "Automatically delete completed workflow jobs (to save disk space)" but it still is not working.

When I checked the option system jobs there are no active workflows running.

Are there other commands or steps that I need to input in my workflow in order for it to run again?
