after rollup 13 error in custom entity

Hi,

I am using custom entity in crm 2011, i have upgraded rollup 6 to 13.  After rollup installation, when i open or close custom entity it shows script error in edit.aspx.Custom entity contains Subgrids and Iframes. Please help me to resolve this.
