Script Error popup when Qualifying Lead (...conv_lead.aspx?transactioncurrencyid...) ?

Hey Guys,

We're having a lot of trouble getting Qualifying to work. Now whenever a lead is opened and the "Qualify" button is used, a Script Error popup like the following appears:

Seeing the transactioncurrencyid I did a bit of digging and found that from UR12 onwards, the lead qualifying dialogue is somewhat picky about whether or not the currency field is present so I tried all permutations:

- No currency field

- Currency field hidden

- Currency field displayed

Still unable to qualify these leads.

Any pointers on what to try next?

I looked at the event viewer and found the following:

Note: Previous issue "UR13: Unable to convert lead to Acct AND Opp?" is probably another symptom of this problem but I've created a new thread with a more accurate title - community.dynamics.com/.../105600.aspx
