Changes in Dynamics CRM 2013 Custom Workflows, Plugins and other components post IFD

Dear Community

Can you point me to the list of needed changes to Dynamics CRM custom components which are needed post converting a normal on premise deployment of Dynamics CRM to an IFD deployment.
