oData select failed : CRM 2013 on premise

Hello,

We have an on premise CRM 2013 setting with two prod servers and two report servers. When we try to access CRM with the hosted url, we receive an odata select failed error. Also, in developer resources, the discovery service and the Organization services are all pointing to report server. After making some changes in MSCRM_Config, the services are now pointing to prod server but we still receive odata select failed error.

Is there something amiss?
