We are a small software company that has been using CRM on-premise for a few years. We have connected our license server to the a custom attribute in CRM so that when a license is generated the fields in CRM are updated. The server also reads the fields from CRM to determine end dates and usage. We are thinking of moving to the online version and understand that you don’t have direct access to the SQL tables. Can anyone tell me how hard it would be to build this type of bridge for the online version?
