date is fixed but year is not,how i can set it in workflow condition

I have to create a workflow,whom date is fixed but year is not,how i can set it in workflow condition.

example:

4Jan____of every year

5feb ____of every year

5March ____of every year

5April ____of every year

.....

.....

.....

.....

5Dec ____of every year

please guide me.
