I am trying to configure the email router. I have found several things online that describe how to do this, but I am still having an issue.
During the deployment when I attempt to load data so I can configure a forwarding mailbox I get a message stating the CRM is unavailable or the URL I entered was incorrect. I used this to do that -
dev.crm.dynamics.com/<OrganizationName> , replace <OrganizationName> with the CRM Online ”Organization Unique Name” .
I logged into CRM Online to find my org unique name and entered that. It says the URL is incorrect. If enter the URL into a browser, it also fails. I tried using the same URL I use to access CRM (orgname.crm.dynamics.com) and that also fails.
Any idea?
