Returning #VALUE! when exporting to .xlsx

We just upgraded to 2015 update 1 and my report writer reports have stopped exporting properly to Excel.

When I run the report everything displays correctly in the CRM but when I export to Excel any field that had a number value displays as #VALUE! in Excel.  It is doing it to both whole and decimal field types.
