Meeting requests disappearing

Hi,

I thought I would post this as it sounds like a bug and I would like to get it confirmed or further help with troubleshooting

A user creates an appointment against a contact or account and this shows in CRM and Outlook calendar

The user then sends a meeting request from Outlook

Meeting disappears from both calendars
