Look-up field

Hi all,

Lets say I have an existing lead.

That lead has an ID number of "10" with a "Trigger Date" of 01/09/2015

A new lead is then loaded with the same ID (10).

If a user was to load up that newer lead with an ID number of "10", I need for an in-form view to display certain details relating to that other lead.  The ID number of "10" being the thing that links the 2 in terms of the look-up.  For example I would need it to look up that "Trigger date"

Would that be possible?

I hope I explained that even remotely accurately.
