IFD CRM is not on default website is not working

I am running into an issue with CRM IFD configuration.

I have installed dynamics CRM 2015 on 5555 (http) port and configured 443 port for https. And in the same server I have enabled ADFS server on 444 port (I have changed the default port of ADFS to 444 and I was able to do that and also I am getting the federationmetadata as expected with 444 port).

My server is registered on a domain, I have given these dns information in DNS register of the domain server. I am able to get the response as expected.

But when I am done with IFD configuration, and enters the URL like, https://orgname.domainname.com the site is not redirecting to CRM instead it is redirecting to ADFS which is a default host and running as localhost.

By the time client request the CRM URL, it is reaching my domain server and as the DNS entry is pointing to my CRM installed server (not CRM website and CRM is not the default website) the domain server is redirecting the client request to that server. And the default website for that server is ADFS, that ADFS site is loading. So CRM is not working as expected.

How can I fix this..?

Please help this.. This is on priority to me. Please help.
