Dynamics CRM 2013 IFD Email Router Not Working

Hi I am facing some issues in my IFD CRM with email router that email are not getting send from CRM.

in event viewer i am getting below log 

I check that ADFS username endpoint is enabled. Also restarted the email router and ADFS services and also restarted both the machines.

My ADFS and Email Router (IFD CRM Server) are different.

Please help!.
