Dynamic crm 2015 Dashboard customization in on-permises

Hi,

In Dynamic CRM 2015 how to customize the dashboard based on the user roles.

I have 3 users and the admin wants to view the 3 users report based on how many leads, account , contact and opportunity made by those user.

In admin page how to show them as separate charts based on the performance. In dynamic crm these charts are available for particular user . but how to show all the 3 users report in the admin page dashboard.

Please let me know how to do the same.
