Getting the error "An error occured while promoting the item to Microsoft CRM "

Hello ,

I am using Microsoft online 2015 update 1.  I am getting the error  "An error occured while promoting the item to Microsoft CRM " .  I tried to renew the configuration, and reinstalled CRM client .

Still the same message appears when outlook starts after 1 minute , every thing else works .

Should i upgrade to 7.0.1.129 CRM for outlook version will this resolve the issue  .

As of now we are using 7.0.0.3543
