Connector for Dynamics CRM & AX 2009 Sp1 - Quotes

We are successfully synchronizing records between our on-premise AX 2009 instance and hosted CRM 2015 instance using the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics.

We wanted to add a custom Map though to sync AX Quotes to CRM Quote and are trying to find the best way to go about this. Something I've read isn't too easily accomplished when using the Connector with AX 2009.

The Quotation document services have been created & generated using the Tools > Development tools > AIF > Create document service wizard.

Just trying to find the correct and most direct route to create a new 'ObjectConfig' for SalesQuotations, to then allow a New Map to be created selecting AX Quote to CRM Quote.
