Hi Everyone.
Are you Planing to configuring Exchange online 365 for CRM 2011 Email Router.....facing Errors??
Try with this steps........!!
Step 1:-
Once log in to your exchange onlline and try to find the settings of your pop and smtp server details..
Options->See all Options->Settings for POP and SMTP->$$$$$$$$$$$
Step 2:-
Configure Incoming profile with pop (port 995), SSL-yes, and give the E-mail server URL, As shown below.
Step 3:-
Now configure Outgoing with SMTP (port-587), SSl-yes, and give the E-mail server URl. As shown below.
Step 5:-
Configure the deployment for your online crm or on-premise........
Step 6:-
Now select user and queues tab and load the E-mail router once...Do test access
after this publish it...........
Now try to Send a mail to Test Contact......try to give replay mail and do advance find.
