CRM for Outlook has stopped working

Hello together,

Since a few days the connection to MS-CRM online no longer works with my desktop Outlook. See files CRM can be seen also in view CRM features are all there but grey. ADD-IN is also installed and active. Have affiliated yesterday on Office 2016 upgegrated. It changes nothing. The new and current version of CRM online has been performed on the 17.9.15. Already thank you very much for the help. Urgently need the function for a mail delivery.
