Other Orgs not available for selection in CRM for Oulook Client set up

Hello,

When creating a new connection, I am not able to see other Organisation (Only one is available for selection) ?

Any reasons why other Orgs are not available for selection. Other Orgs work fine, i can connect to them using Plugins etc.
