We are using CRM 2011 UR17. From the past two days we are facing critical CRM slowness issue and all the users are complaining as getting "SQL timeout" issue while accessing Views, Advanced Find.
We have retrieved "Top Queries by Total CPU Time", one of the below query related to Incident is executing many times and query and CPU time information as below:

Could you please let us know how to know the source for this query like View, AF, Integration or Report and also workaround to resolve the issue to improve the performance.
