CRM 2015 - Opportunities - "Closed as Won" and "Closed as Lost"

Hello,

I am trying to modify the "Closed as Won" and "Closed as Lost"  fields (See Screenshots).  But I am unable to find where they are to modify them.  Any direction would be most helpful.
