Converting Fetch Xml code to Sql Query

I have downloaded the Tool from here

Selected the  Entity from drop down
Select a view and Click on Get FetchXML, FetchXML for selected view will be retrieved from CRM and displayed in Textbox
 Click on Get SQL query-> Nothing is displaying (not converting)

Please help me on this .
