Access Camera or Photos while using the CRM iPad App

We have a customer that would like to use the iPad app.  In addition, while using the app they would like to access the iPad's camera and take pictures which drop into a Notes field on the CRM form.  Does anyone know if this feature is available either in the iPad app or through a 3rd Party Software?
