How to subscribe for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online updates/info

Hi!

We would like some of our users to receive information regarding service-updates or other info regarding CRM Dynamics Online in our subscription.

Does anyone know how to find the setting for adding users/e-mail addresses for this information in our tenant? (one of our users already get this information, but we don´t know how to enable this again.)
